Washington Huskies Football 2022 recruiting class updates
This is our November look at Washington Huskies football recruiting. Let’s see what the Huskies have been up to over the last month.
No other recruits have committed to the Washington Huskies since our October check-in. That doesn’t mean UW has been resting. The Huskies sent offers to a couple of players recently.
Recent offers
First up is one of the top corners in junior college, Zahquan Frazier. The 6-4 defensive back plays for Coffeyville Community College in Coffeyville, KS. Indiana, Tennessee, and Utah are in the mix for him.
The Huskies made an offer to a high school safety Zeke Berry from De La Salle in California. Berry is a four-star recruit who also has offers from Pac-12 rivals Oregon and UCLA, along with Michigan. Berry won’t be an easy sell, but UW has recent success with safeties such as Budda Baker, now with the Arizona Cardinal and Taylor Rapp of the Los Angeles Rams.
Washington offered a scholarship to junior linebacker Michael Montgomery from Garfield High School in Seattle. Montgomery is 6-3, 230-pounds, so he could do some more growing before his college career begins.

Beat out by UO
At this time, eight players the Huskies sent offers to committed to the Oregon Ducks. Five of those eight are four-star players and in the ESPN 300; They include cornerback Jalil Tucker (San Diego, CA), wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan (Anaheim, CA), guard Dave Luli (Puyallup, WA), defensive end Gracen Halton (San Diego, CA), and safety Trejon Williams (Portland, OR).
The three remaining players going to Oregon are three-star cornerback Jahlil Florence (San Diego, CA), defensive tackle Ben Roberts (Salt Lake City, UT), and defensive tackle Sir Mells (Henderson, NV). Roberts originally committed to Washington but changed his mind.
Non-commits
Next up are some other players in the ESPN 300 that Washington Huskies made offers to and remain uncommitted, including players who don’t have Washington as their number one choice.
Jaheim Singletary, a cornerback from Jacksonville, FL, initially committed to Ohio State; but is no longer headed there. He is now interested in Georgia. Who can blame him for going to the top-ranked school in the country right now? The Huskies’ chances of landing him are slim.
Another five-star player comes from Seattle. Josh Conerly Jr., an offensive tackle at Rainier Beach High School, is considered the top prospect in Washington. It would be great if the Huskies could keep him home. Right now, there is no indication as to where he may end up.
Viva Las Vegas
The Huskies made offers to two players from Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, NV, who also are the top two players in the state.
They are outside linebacker Cyrus Moss and safety Zion Branch. Moss posted on Twitter that he was on the sidelines last week at Arizona State. Though he hasn’t committed yet, Branch, on the other hand, was in Columbus, Ohio, to watch Ohio State. He had a visit to USC earlier, but Ohio State looks to be his first choice.
More Locals
The Huskies have two other offers out there for local players as well. Mark Nabou guard from O’Dea High School in Seattle. Nabou committed to Washington in June, however, withdrew it later. The odds are against UW, keeping him in the fold. His top choice is Texas A&M. In fact, his mother said last week she likes the Aggies because they have that family feeling.
The other is Malik Agbo, an offensive tackle from Todd Beamer High School in Federal Way. Agbo committed to USC early but withdrew. The Texas Longhorns are big on Agbo, but as of yet, there are no indications.

The early signing is date December 15. So in our next update, we will have a clearer picture of where players sign and who may end up at Washington. Regardless, head coach Jimmy Lake and his assistants need to add more quality to their next class. Go Dawgs!
