Seattle Seahawks Dud and Stud of Game 9 vs. Arizona

The Seattle Seahawks won their fourth straight game with a 31-21 win over NFC West Rival Arizona. Here are our Dud and Stud of the game.

2nd Dishonorable Mention

Middle linebacker Cody Barton is this week’s second dishonorable mention. As in where did Cody Barton go? He finished the game with three total tackles, and his name was hardly called.

He’s played well enough this season that 12s notice when his performance drags.

1st dishonorable mention

Our first dishonorable mention goes to Dareke Young. The rookie had an offensive pass interference call in the second quarter that killed a promising drive.

The Seahawks ended up punting on that drive instead of scoring a touchdown or at least kicking a field goal.

Dud of the Week

The Dud of the Week goes to safety Quandre Diggs. His offensive pass interference penalty in the second quarter negated an interception by Coby Bryant.

Seattle would have been in position to open a big league with the ball on Arizona’s 22 yard line. Instead, the Cards ran a few minutes off the clock, and punter Andy Lee pinned the Seahawks deep in their own territory.
