The Seattle Sea Dragons 2023 season is over, but some Seattle players are still making news.

Losing to DC in the XFL Playoffs was a tough way for the Seattle Sea Dragons to end the season. Especially after they did so much over the final few weeks of the regular season to get there in the first place.

Before looking ahead to what’s in store for 2024, members of this year’s team are generating interest in various circles. Three players made the All-XFL Team, and several others are invited to NFL training and mini camps.

All XFL

Three players from the Sea Dragons made the 2023 All-XFL team as voted on by XFL Head Coaches and/or Directors of Player Personnel. Fans would think a team that won 70% of their games should have more players represented.

Collin Kelly, OT

Offensive tackle Collin Kelly was part of the line that allowed the second-fewest sacks in the league.

Austin Faoliu, DL

Austin Faoliu was excellent at stuffing the run. He had 24 tackles, including 2 for loss and 1 sack.

Jahcour Pearson, WR

Receiver Jahcour Pearson deserved this honor. He led the league in receptions (60), receiving yards (670), and tied for seventh in touchdown receptions (4).

The following is a list of Seattle Sea Dragons players invited to NFL camps:

Bryce Thompson, DB – Miami Dolphins

Antoine Brooks, LB – Buffalo Bills

Faoliu – Seattle Seahawks

Several more Sea Dragons should get invites. Among them are WRs Josh Gordon and Blake Jackson, RB Phillip Lindsay (in talks to return to Denver Broncos), LBs Tre Walker and Jordan Evans, and kick returner Kelvin McNight.

Do you think any other Seattle Sea Dragons deserve NFL camp invitations?
